Three points listed below summarized by experience with MIM: 1) Knowledge of current industry - MIM possess knowledge of current industry trends and conditions to allow for correct business decisions. 2) Customer service - Michael has been very responsive. Emails were returned within the hour. Information provided was very helpful and comprehensive. In an attempt to meet a deadline Michael worked on the weekend, while on vacation. 3) Quality of Product - MIM produced a high quality product. This ties in with MIM's knowledge of the industry to guide the client towards the right direction. The website produced was very clean and all requests however big or small was addressed. The experience with MIM has been a great. Providing a very painless experience associated with building a website.
