Mid-level Web Designer

Primary Role:
Photoshop web design layouts and graphic design for corporate websites, banners, emails & logos.

Secondary Role:
Maintenance of existing customers websites and the build out of new websites.

Job Skills:
- Genuine interest and passion for web design & customer service
- Good skills in Photoshop
- Dreamweaver w/ HTML & CSS skills is essential
- High level of design skill and technical proficiency
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects
- Knowledge of web design conventions, optimization and best practices

A Plus if you Have:
- Customer service training
- Agency experience
- Internet marketing experience
- Knowledge of CMS such as Joomla or MODx - Proficiency in Flash, jQuery, AJAX or Illustrator

Qualities:
- Take direction well, but also able to make decisions and take initiative
- Customer service and customer return on investment focused
- Strong communication skills
- Up-to-date on the latest web technologies
